Bringing Together the I'On Business Community
Benefits of Membership
If you have a business or interest in business, perhaps you would enjoy networking with other business people in I'On Biznet could be for you.
The I'On Business Network (BIZNET) was established in 2003 to bring together the business community in I'On to share ideas, promote business and contribute to the I'On community. This group of 100+ members and all residents of I'On and businesses within walking distance are invited to become members.
Some of the activities Biznet sponsors are:
- Advertising
- Monthly business networking meetings
- Markets in the Square, St. Patrick's Day, Christmas
- Welcome baskets for new neighbors
- The neighborhood directory
- Bike Race
Biznet members also help support neighborhood activities — children's programs (Easter Egg Hunt) , conservation (Recycle Bins), health (Bike Race) & information (WGI)
Community Directory
One of the many projects we undertake is the community directories. These are planned for distribution to members of the I'On Community 3/17/12. The listing of I'On Businesses is being updated for this directory.
In addition to the business listing available to all Biznet members, advertising in the directory can also be purchased. An auction for the limited ad space on the cover were auctioned off in early November, 2011
