If you have a business or interest in business, perhaps you would enjoy networking with other business people in I’On?     Biznet could be for you.

If you are not familiar with Biznet,   we have been a vital part of the I’On Commmunity for the past five years. The I’On Business Network (BIZNET) was established in 2003 to bring together the business community in I’On to share ideas, promote business and contribute to the I’On community.  This group of 100+ members meets from September-May and all residents of I’On and businesses within walking distance are invited. 

One of the many projects we undertake is the community directories. These are planned for distribution to  members of the I’On Community at the December I’On Assembly Meeting.  The listing of I’On Businesses is being updated for this directory and members who join by September 15th, will be included in the next year's directory.

In addition to the business listing available to all Biznet members, advertising in the directory can be purchased.  There is an auction in early August for the limited ad space on the covers.  The Directory Ad Campaign Launch Party is on the first Wednesday in August .  This begins the bidding for the cover spots.

Biznet is available to all I’On Residents,  their businesses, and businesses within walking distance of I’On.

Welcome baskets are provided by Biznet and filled with gifts, discounts, and incentives to look no further than your neighbor, for products and services

Biznet subsidizes production of the Community Directories,  contributed to the cost of the Creek Club for community use, business networking meetings, Markets in the Square, St. Patrick’s Day, Christmas Fairs, Capitalist Dogs Show, WGI  (Bi-Weekly Printed Calendar) , Civitas Flags

Health - Bike Race, Iron Man Biatholon, Youth Bridge Runs

Concerts - May Melodies, All God’s Children,  Church Concerts, Booty Call, I’Onissimo

Financially supports neighborhood activities and grass roots startup groups – Easter Egg Hunt,  Conservation Corps – recycle bins for events, I’On at Ten Book, East Cooper Montessori Charter School, I’On Yacht Club. ECEW, CoIA, I’On Radio.
